"On the day I switched agents, I learned I’d been with Josh for 7 years! The only reason I switched is because my partner and I combined households. Josh helped me through a very annoying accident where I was hit by an uninsured driver. Him and his office are great and I definitely recommend them."

"After leaving the state and moving to Idaho Josh was still there for me and provided me the best insurance possible for my wife and I. I called his office at 4:30pm just as they were closing and Josh still answered and took care of me until 9pm. As long as I am in an area where he can provide insurance for me I will stick with him."

"Mike knew exactly what I needed and saved me $100 a month. He helped me deal with Allstate who over and over failed to cancel my policy and was trying to continue to bill me. I recommend anyone who needs a professional agent who stands behind his policy holder to call on Mike."

"Dealing with insurance at all is always frustrating unless you have a lot of money! So I worked on it for about 2 weeks off and on and was just so tired of the answers and the questions and not understanding so when it finally got down to Josh he just made it easy and I said let's just do it and wrap it up and all has gone well so far. "State Farm kept increasing auto insurance premium despite of having no accident and it was ridiculously getting expensive. My auto renewal was up a couple of weeks ago so this time I spent time and got quotes from other companies then switched my auto to another insurance company cause it was $200 cheaper for the same coverage (Yes unbelievable). I was nice enough to let both Josh and his assistant that I was ‘shopping around’ before my auto renewal was up and let them know that I switched to another company so won’t make a payment. Then suddenly a couple of weeks later, I got a check in mail for “return premium” for renter’s insurance that I also had with them. They could have told me that the renter’s insurance will be automatically canceled and terminated by them if I don’t renew auto. No courtesy email nor phone call from them. I didn’t know until I checked my mailbox to get this check. What a nice way to end the relationship with the long time customer. Super disappointed."

"I'm sorry that you had this experience with my office. You can have a stand alone renters insurance policy. We cancelled your insurance when you made the request so you didn't get charged again. It turns out we should have only the cancelled the auto and not the renters. That was incorrect, again I apologize for that. As far as insurance rates all companies in WA have experienced rate increases. I don't control the rates as they are set by the company. Please reach out to me here directly at the office so we can address your frustrations. "
