"State Farm kept increasing auto insurance premium despite of having no accident and it was ridiculously getting expensive. My auto renewal was up a couple of weeks ago so this time I spent time and got quotes from other companies then switched my auto to another insurance company cause it was $200 cheaper for the same coverage (Yes unbelievable). I was nice enough to let both Josh and his assistant that I was ‘shopping around’ before my auto renewal was up and let them know that I switched to another company so won’t make a payment. Then suddenly a couple of weeks later, I got a check in mail for “return premium” for renter’s insurance that I also had with them. They could have told me that the renter’s insurance will be automatically canceled and terminated by them if I don’t renew auto. No courtesy email nor phone call from them. I didn’t know until I checked my mailbox to get this check. What a nice way to end the relationship with the long time customer. Super disappointed."
